TERMS & CONDITIONS
Thank you for choosing makeup and hair services by Olga Gill Makeup Artist, ABN 67 995 632 546. Upon booking a makeup and hair service with Olga or any artist working for her, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
MAKING A BOOKING
Booking a makeup and/or hair appointment can be made up to 1 day before if places are still available. Booking appointment is fully secure upon email confirmation of payment of a deposit.
WEDDING MAKEUP/HAIR BOOKINGS
All wedding makeup and/or hair bookings requires a 30% deposit to secure your event time/day. This will be deducted from the total cost of your booking. A minimum of 6 weeks notice is required to cancel your booking, otherwise your deposit will be charged as a cancelation fee.
NON WEDDING MAKEUP/HAIR APPOINTMENTS
All other makeup and/or hair appointments and bridal trials require a $50 deposit. A minimum of 48 hours to cancel or reschedule your booking is required, otherwise your deposit will be charged as a cancellation fee.
PAYMENT
Once a deposit has been received to the nominated account, an email confirming your appointment will be sent. The final balance is to be settled prior to or on the day of your makeup/hair appointment before work commences. Payment types include direct deposit, PayID, payWave or cash.
When making payments via direct deposit, please put in the description your name and date of booking. For example: Olga 140821

TRIALS
Customers are required to pay the full amount for the trial on the day of the trial. 48 hours notice must be given if you wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Olga allows a seven day cool-off period after a bridal trial to reserve a wedding date for the bride. Bridal trials do not guarantee a booking for your wedding date. If no deposit or confirmation is received within this cool-off period, Olga reserves the right to allocate your date to another client.
CANCELLED BOOKINGS
If for any reason you need to cancel your makeup/hair booking, please notify Olga and she will reschedule your booking or refund your deposit if sufficient notification is provided as per conditions above.
TRAVEL
Mobile service only. Travel fee starts at $50.00 and may increase depending on the distance travelled. Please contact Olga for a personalised quote.
PARKING
If any motel/hotel and street parking fee(s) are incurred, the client will be required to cover the cost.
PHOTOGRAPHS
Olga Gill reserves the right to use any event/wedding photographs for portfolio, website and/or social media with your permission.
OTHER
Olga (or any other artist working with her) is not responsible for any allergic reactions to products used. It is the responsibility of the client to notify Olga of any known allergies.
On the rare event that Olga should be unable to fulfil your booking, due to illness or injury, she reserves the right to cancel, refer or transfer your booking to another reputable and competent artist. Olga may also refund all fees to the client but shall have no further liability.
Early morning bookings with a start time before 7am, will incur a surcharge of $100.
For destination weddings and bookings, the client will be responsible for the payment of the following: reasonable return flights, accommodation, transfers to and from the airport and any transfers required by the artist at the destination. Contact Olga for further information.
